song for the moment
March 10, 2006
i like the song i just heard over MTV radio, i’m not really familiar with the band but the song is really nice as well the lyrics of it.
"Who I Am Hates Who I’ve Been"
I watched the proverbial sunrise
coming up over the Pacific and
you might think I’m losing my mind,
but I will shy away from the specifics…
cause I don’t want you to know where I am
cause then you’ll see my heart
in the saddest state it’s ever been.
This is no place to try and live my life.
Stop right there. That’s exactly where I lost it.
See that line. Well I never should have crossed it.
Stop right there. Well I never should have said
that it’s the very moment that
I wish that I could take back.
I’m sorry for the person I became.
I’m sorry that it took so long for me to change.
I’m ready to try and never become that way again
’cause who I am hates who I’ve been.
Who I am hates who I’ve been.
I talk to absolutely no one.
Couldn’t keep to myself enough.
And the things bottled inside have finally begun
to create so much pressure that I’ll soon blow up.
I heard the reverberating footsteps
Sinking up to the beating of my heart,
and I was positive that unless I got myself together,
I would watch me fall apart.
And I can’t let that happen again
’cause then you’ll see my heart
in the saddest state it’s ever been.
This is no place to try and live my life.
Who I am hates who I’ve been
and who I am will take the second chance you gave me.
Who I am hates who I’ve been
’cause who I’ve been only ever made me…
So sorry for the person I became.
So sorry that it took so long for me to change.
I’m ready to try and never become that way again
’cause who I am hates who I’ve been.
Who I am hates who I’ve been.

Have you ever felt that you wanted to pursue a career that you really wanted it but there are things that hinder you to do so, i mean worked you really love to do ever since but due to situation and circumstances you were unable to pursue it,not that i’m not happy to my worked right now, i could actually say that i’m lucky to have a job just imagine how many filipinos that are unemployed, I myself hoping to achieve that but still due to some priority in life i left behind those dreams, but i’m not giving up i just need time, photography is one of my passion and hoping to go back to school to learn more about photography not just the basic, because back in college this subject is one of my favorite although it’s quite expensive, since you should have your own slr camera as well spending money to buy film and to have it develop which really cause a headache for me back then, since digi cam is no no especially for those picture that was required to submit to my insturctor it should be good and captured perfectly, i mean art of taking picture should be perfect as a song goes "a picture paints a thousand words" you don’t need to have a background on photography just to understand the meaning and message, it will speak for itself. I have huge collection of photos back then, including my project to my photography class but when i got here in manila only few are left in our home in the province since some of them was misplaced, i really missed those days.
This are some photos that i really like from baghdad, hurricane katrina, tsunami and funeral of pope john paul II
